Dr. Goheer studied at Cambridge, MIT, Harvard, and International University of Japan. He specializes in systemic, impactful, and resilient transformation of public sector strategies, systems, and structures. In his executive role as the Vice President of PATH, he manages operations in 94 countries across Asia, Middle East, and Europe. In addition, he is on the governing boards of Middlesex University, the Royal Overseas League, and International School for Government of Kings College, London. He is a member of MIT’s Solve Challenge Leadership Group, serving as an international judge and an advisor to their investment arm. In addition, he is a Health Executive in Residence at the UCL Global Business School for Health. Dr. Goheer has led and managed several transformation projects worldwide and delivered many distinguished lectures and executive training programs. He is based in London.
