Financial Analyst Asim Brinji graduated from Stetson University (DeLand, FL) with a bachelor's degree in accounting, as well as an Associate's degree from Yanbu Industrial College in Industrial Management Technology specialized in Accounting.

With five years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Banking positions between various organizations including Saudi Aramco, Samba Financial Group, and Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu. He has completed several courses in various fields (IFRS, GAAP, Financial Accounting, Value Added Tax (VAT), Structure Query Language (SQL), Anti Money Laundry).

As a Financial Analyst at KAUST Smart-Health Initiative, Asim contribute to working with faculty financials, assisting with budget planning, producing financial reports for the Dean and faculty, assisting with the coordination of budget planning, assisting with the quarterly budget review and re-forecasting process, expenditure forecasting and monitoring, review and implement improvement of financial reporting processes.
