Caterina holds a Master degree in Political and Social Science (University of Bologna, Italy).

She has worked in the Academic field since 2002. First, as Personal Assistant to the Provost and then as Manager of the Events Office (under the Provost) at Magna Graecia University, Catanzaro, Italy.

In Saudi Arabia since 2014, Caterina has been the first team member to join KAUST Smart-Health Initiative. She is very passionate about human connections and collaborations.

She is energetic, organized, a superstar at multitasking and a team player.

Her contribution provides expertise, creativity and resourcefulness in developing and implementing KAUST Smart-Health Initiative projects planning.                                                       

Her favorite quote says: “To achieve great things, two things are needed: a plan and not quite enough time.”
